I'm in a contest with a long time client and we are down to the final week. I have a 2 1/2 point lead. The contest is modeled after the Supercontest but you do rank with 5 being the top pick, and one being the lowest (spreads are involved of course). I always hate being close going into week 17 as there are so many teams that you have to question whether they will give a full effort. The coaches simply lie (Dallas is claiming all the players will go all out...yeah right). I liked the Bears as one of the picks initially, but I figure if the Rams are up by a sizable amount at halftime, those starters are getting pulled. Then we have New England, but how do the Jets play with it probably being their coach's last game (if they like the guy and want him to stay, I think the Jets go all out). You'd think KC would kick the Raiders ass being that the Raiders just played on Monday night in a bit of an emotional game, and the Chiefs have twice lost games that would have given them home field through the playoffs. I loved the Colts initially with the injury to Mariota, but then Tenn is 6-1 at home and there's 100% chance of rain, so now I'm passing on that. So far, I've got Buff, Hous, Phil, and Balt (we go with the Wed spreads so there have been some number adjustments...for example, Buff was 3 1/2). Anyway, would love to hear some thoughts (I put a poll on the NFL forum also, but everyone's all over the place except for Tenn, which everyone appears to love).

I like the Packers at home in a game where they should be trying to force feed Adams the ball to set 2 all time receiving Packers records. Plus Detroit is 2-7 SU Over their last 9 games with their only road win being Arizona(worst team in the NFL). Average margin of defeat in those 7 losses 11.5 pts/per game.

I thought there was a chance that Adams wasn't going to play?
