Why SC not kick FG let put at least some score on the board better than 4th and Goal at 11 yard line because they cannot convert even 2 yard bad call

IMHO

Down 18 isn't any better than 21...maybe if it cut to 16 (two scores) then yeah

needed some momentum but all gone now
