Boys, help me out here

Trump said that "Mexico will pay for the wall" during the 2016 campaign and thereafter, right?

Now he's shut down the fed government because congress won't agree to authorize the US to pay for the wall, I'm right there too aren't I?

Here's a solution, get Mexico to send the $300 billion or whatever direct to the US government for the wall to be built and then there's no need to keep the fed government shut down

Sound about right?

Also, Isnt Pelosi and Schumer the ones shutting it down? Didnt they say a few years ago we needed a wall? Why did they change their mind after Trump got elected??

Change the laws that are Allowing illegals to be processed or given benefits of some sort. We spend more on illegals than a wall will cost.WAY MORE. Use that money for the wall. Those combinations of things will keep them out. You practically started the same thread how many times? And only 12 posts. Got any picks today?

Trump said he'd "build a wall and Mexico will pay for it", well no wall is being built and he's destroying the US economy via fed shutdown to blackmail congress into agreeing to pay for it. Makes very little sense

You and others seem to be making some kind of tortured argument that Mexico will make some kind of retroactive payment via some future revenue stream at some future time when the wall is already built. This is kind of like saying that China is retroactively paying for the Brooklyn bridge with current tariffs on it's goods or that Cuba retroactively paid for the Moon shot with financial sanctions over the past 50 years. This idiotic argument could be extended to any entity doing business with the USA paying for any expense the USA has with future payments from said entity.

So I ask again, why shut down the government to pay for something that Mexico "will pay for",...or did the orangutan get caught in (another) lie?

Using the word “fuck” multiple times when posting is an obvious sign of anger and it’s very obvious that Willie is a very angry person. Maybe he still hasn’t recovered from his “8 years of suck” he went thru. I went they the same 8 years and was able to save enough to achieve my goal of retirement at 62 last year. Maybe he is angry because I achieved that despite his so called 8 years of suck he talks about. He calls me a whiny bitch when my life is wonderful and he is the on here complaining about anything and everything. I’m laughing at him because he is obviously jealous of me and my happiness that I achieved no matter who was President. He is angry now because he knows I’m right about Trump and if he doesn’t win in 2020, he will have another 8 years of suck.

The entertainment in this place is priceless and Willie leads the cast.

He wrote that story around 2 weeks ago. I have said numerous times in the past I would read this forum but never bothered to sign up...because I saw all this ghost crap with other newbies and figured it wasn't worth it....then I changed my mind.

Believe what you want though...don't really care, it only gets annoying when it gets in the way of debates...

Yeah all you can do is speak to a narrative that you can’t defend or prove. That’s your resort when someone confronts you and tells you like it is, like in that Facebook thread. Facts and reasoning don’t work with you. You’re always playing the victim card, no matter what reality is.
