Go directly to the hotel website and enter your players card number if you have one. Look on the strip and then compare offstrip (Stations, Boyds and Southpoint). Watch out for parking fees and resort fees. You trying to stay on the strip or anywhere? Probably could find some value downtown if that is your taste. Use Uber/Lyft instead of getting a car.
As Azbob mentioned about the South Point,Stations,and Boyd casinos,they have very reasonable rates and i'm sure you can smooth talk the desk person, which can benefit to maybe a upgrade,but if you're happy with just a cheaper room then just go that way.Also let him/her know that you have AAA,MILITARY,MEDICARE,etc for another discount.I stay at Orleans all the time,but i get my rooms comped,but the rooms are nice especially for the price,..hope this helps

Keyman is exactly right. If you provide some details on where you want to stay, number of people in your party, are you getting a car, gaming preferences etc...we might be able to provide some guidance. Do you already have a relationship anywhere? (gambled there before, have a player's card, etc).
