Are the officials over-stepping themselves during these games and why there are so many flags or is the quality of football just that bad? The biggest question on about every play and certainly every big play is whether there is a flag. It is a struggle to watch these games with all the flags, replays and delays. Just play the freaking game.

Idk. They never call the obvious ones.I’ve watched Pitt just murder some Stanford WRs on the outside today and no flags...finally got one in the end zone on the last TD drive. That DB had been doing that all game. It’s the inconsistency that bothers me the most. College football is just so sloppy to watch period. And getting worse in my opinion. And don’t get me started on the awful coaching. It’s not a mystery why the same few coaches keep making to the champ game every year.

I still don't know why they had to color those flags yellow........

Ha, well it is taking the enjoyment of the game away. Inconsistent across the board. Don't expect them to be perfect but there can't be a flag on practically every important play every game. Maybe to some it adds suspense, seems though that the people in the striped uniforms and deciding the games more than the actual players.
