Take Mexico for example. Imagine 20 million Haitans (for the sake of argument), and imagine them pouring into Mexico. Would the Mexicans want 20 million Haitians in Mexico? Ha ha. Hell no. And they would want them deported back to Haiti.

- how many drugs crossed the boundary, how many million doses, how many may have gone to our children
- effect on wages of middle class workers that lose salary levels or lose their jobs

I am disappointed that he does not hone in on the drug problem. If 90% of heroin and fentanyl are coming over our southern border that is the crisis that he needs to highlight. Heroin is ruining many lives and many lives of friends and family and neighbors who are preyed on.
I also think that he needs to put real people on stage. Real junkies who are penitent and know their lives are fucked. Let them bring a blown up picture of what they looked like when they were in their teens or twenties before succumbing to needle death. Let them tell stories.
The scourge is in every community in America. It needs to be eradicated.
