Give me a team that can dominate the LOS on both sides and run the ball down Bama's throat and you have a winner. Yes, Vegas knows this too and the line opened at UGA -11. Kirby Smart doesn't play games, ask Paul Johnson. UGA will show up and play this game. Herman is a good coach too and Texas will play for 60 mins. Texas problem is they are 2 years behind UGA in recruiting, reps, workouts, ect. In the OU game, Texas looked weak and young on defense. Poor technique, bad angles, arm tackles, DB's not playing the ball, ect.

-11 offers very little room for error, the over is 58, I'm learning there based on what I saw from Texas defense in OU game. Texas hasn't faced a running attack like this and certainly doesn't practice against it during the season. I don't even think Texas can replicate that dominate running attack with the players it has. The last 3 weeks of practice is virtually worthless to Texas. No one in the B12 run blocks like UGA or has the OL built to power run block.

For Texas to win this game or cover the -11 they will have to keep up by scoring with UGA. UGA stuffed Bama for 3 quarters, knocked Tua out, and only lost in the 4th due to Bama's rushing onslaught. They know how to play defense at UGA. Texas better have a really good backup QB, the starter is in for a long day, and he knows it.

This is not an easy bet, I think UGA runs the ball all day long and there is nothing Texas can do to stop it, except keep scoring against UGA which I'd be surprised if they could do that for 1 Q's.

Of course, if UGA falls into the bucket of bowl game deplorables like Miami, GT, ect there is nothing anyone can do. Have to trust the team culture, like N Western and T A&M last night.

UGA -11 and the over 58

OSU -6.5 over Washington and the over too.

Chalky for this time of year. Don't think Georgia has anything to play for to be honest. Close game either way

I bought UGA, T AM and Ohio St, 2 weeks ago. 12.5 is good too.

I think this game turns out like Bama/LSU when everyone was afraid of -14 on Bama. I don't think UGA shuts Texas out as Bama did to LSU, but I think they lay some serious wood.

It's not an easy bet, by all means, don't bet the game, but more importantly, don't take the -12.5 bait, Vegas is a bunch of pencil-necked Private Equity geeks now. It's all spreadsheets and Algos.

Could be lots of wind for OSU, I went big on them might buy it down if wind is in teens or over 20.

Big 12 defensive stats are very very misleading since mostly the whole league for some reason play that wide open passing game. The Big 12 is 5-1 ATS with some impressive covers (TCU- Baylor-IA St-Sooners-Ok St only loser was WV lost NFL QB Grier had a lousy backup). Their defenses are better than their misleading stats. Texas and the points is attractive, then, but IMO Georgia, as you say, out mans them dramatically, and a favorite that can run the ball this well is optimal. Up by 17 then a back goes 60 yards while running out the clock in the 4th. So I lean to GA, hope they are PO'd and come out to prove a point. Top SEC teams have fared well, too, so I like Miss St a lot and will wait to see how they do before going with GA.
