Hey Fellows....It's playoff time....!

Here is what I am playing this weekend... Lines are moving so I'm posting today....

Saturday Games:
Indy +2.5 (-120)
Better to be "Lucky" here... better QB, better O-line very good D-line...O'Brien stinks as a coach and cant beat the colts...they split the series during the season, but should have tied the first game... but beat them at Houston and the game was not as close as the final score. Luck is playing as good as he ever has, and this team is balanced, finally playing well on both sides of the ball. I think the real difference is in the trenches... Indy strong offensive line versus the texans def line, and a very weak texans offensive line versus a stout Indy defensive front... I believe TY Hilton and Ebron have huge games against the texans secondary. Without Will Fuller, they only have one , good receiver, Hopkins, who will most likely be double teamed all day, and is also NOT 100% coming in with an ankle injury. Indianapolis puts up points (5th in the league) This team is on a mission...They are a very dangerous team. Live Dog here for sure...They will win this game...

Dallas PK (-130)
Dak had 2 int last time they played earlier this season, both by Earl Thomas... Thomas is out now. Tyron Smith healthy and really boosts the run game, the Cowboys stats when he plays are so much better then when he is out of the line up, and they wins....Elliot had a decent game in their first meeting and I expect much more with him not only in the run game but in the receiving game as well.. Seattle struggles with RB's catching passes... this will be a huge difference in this game... seattle is a much better/different team IN seattle (6-2 at home... 4-4 on the road). Dallas is 7-1 at home this season 5-2-1 ATS... Sagerin SOS ratings = Dallas 11, Seattle 25...when the difference is more than 10, teams with a more difficult rating, are hitting at a 41-17 ATS clip ...the Cowboys finally wins a playoff game, yes, at home!! .. I Played the ML so all they need to do is Just "win" baby!!!!

Sunday Games:
LA Chargers +3 (-125)
This is most likely Rivers last chance to get to the SB. This is also the Best team he has ever had. Everybody getting healthy at the right time... finally!! (Injuries have been their biggest issue in past years) Chargers are 7-1 away and 7-1 ATS.. I have always loved fading them as a home favorite, but I will run to the window to play them as an away dog... This is a game the Chargers win outright. They just played them a few weeks ago, and now see what Lamar Jackson can do.. that is a big advantage I believe. I think this only helps them prepare for this game.Weather will be in the 50's so that is a non issue. Rivers is playing at the top of his game, probably his best year, and is most definitely in the talks for MVP on the season. This is my Favorite play of the weekend.... A VERY live barking dog...

Phili +6.5 (-125)
I can't put a bet on Mitchell Trubisky in his first PO game... Experience without a doubt goes to Philadelphia. They are battle tested, have been in this position before, and thrive on the underdog role. Philedelphia has had a much more difficult schedule this season, the bears had a very easy schedule. Sagerin SOS ratings = Phili 15, Bears are 31...In the past, during the playoffs, when the difference is more than 10, teams with a more difficult rating, are hitting at a 41-17 ATS clip... Phili has won the last 3 meetings against the Bears. I believe Foles will carve up the bears. Eddie Jackson NOT 100% with his ankle. Fletcher Cox will be THE difference maker in this one.. He can disrupt any play. Low scoring, close game... May come down to a FG either way... give me the points...This team should not be taken lightly, and another VERY live barking dog...

Very Good Luck to me and those who follow....

Just Win....

Very nice plays. Especially the Dallas ML which is I feel definitely money in the bank. I feel Cowboys win by 5-10 pts. Sea getting far too much love for a team that got into the playoffs blindly

Good plays, and thanks for the insight (write ups).
I like Dallas a lot but am concerned about the OL, I think 2 or 3 original starters from day one are out, I need to get that cleared up to determine if I go small, regular, or BIG.

Be careful of Nick Foles injury. A couple smacks by the Big Mack will put him out the game. Bears roll 27-9

Yes, and even though the Bears were IDIOTS to go all out against the Vikings, it is a good sign that they still went in there against a quality, motivated team and dominated them with nothing to gain. I have noticed over the years that some teams keep playing hard like this last game or two carries over into the playoffs, the reason being that they are THAT GOOD! No stats, just my recollection.

injury report looks subtle for Dallas while Sea has 8. I could see one or 2 aggravating something during the game

It is all about the OL.
Boys lost Fredericks and Collins earlier in the year.
Sunday Martin and Smith are questionable, and Sua-a-Filo is doubtful.
My concern is one or two will go out there but not make it very long.
They were a B or B+ unit at the beginning of the year, now are a C or worse if these guys cannot make it to the final whistle.

Talked to a Cowboy fanatic.

  • Smith is playing. He played the whole game vs Philly but sat out vs Giants, he seems to be OK. That is good.
  • Looks like Martin is playing RG.
  • Then top rookie Conners who was at RG with Martin out, will slip over to LG.
  • Sua-a-Filo is banged up, doubtful, who knows?

That seems promising for the Cowboys if they can all hold on.

IMO if the OL plays well the Cowboys will win comfortably, Seattle OL will get smacked around by Cowboys, a key match up. Cowboy offense is 1000% better with Cooper opening up everything and they now have a credible TE target. I hope they throw to set up the run instead of the other way around.

I agree with you... the fact that A. Cooper was not in the first meeting earlier this year gives this team a totally different look.. they had NO DEEP THREAT in the other meeting this year...

It's simple really. Seattle put on a blindfold and started throwing darts at the board and struck gold or they drew the longest straw to get the WC. The only 2 notable teams they beat were the Cowboys and Chiefs. Every other team was bottom of the barrel. No need to worry about Oline for Dallas. The D is far better than Seachickens. The Seattle Offense didn't even look good to get into the WC spot with the remarkably easy schedule they had. The fuckin Cardinals for crying out loud. They won and lost by 3 vs the 32nd ranked team in the fucking league and all of a sudden, out of Andromeda the Seachickens will come together, get out on the road and kick a teams ass when A) they suck on the road, B) it was ANY GIVEN SUNDAY to beat the Cowboys and Chiefs, C) the cupcake schedule says they ALREADY lost.

Cowboys by 5-8 pts and the Over. EASY MONEY

Well nothing easy, but i agree... i think dallas is the better TEAM, and add the Cooper effect, i believe that will be the difference... it puts Beasley back in the position (slot) he loves and excels in... use the pass to open up the run... i like dallas here quite a bit

I realize coaches don't run, block, tackle or catch but there is no way I can back Jerry Jones butler.
He ranks up there with Caldwell, Jackson and Bowles as being clueless.
If he has an opportunity to screw it up he will.

Well said Dave. Once the pressure hits Jason will fold and fall apart. You need a confident strong minded coach to make good decisions when the going gets tough in the playoffs.

Like when coach Pete Carroll had QB Wilson throw the ball on the one yard line instead of handing it to goddam BEAST MODE?
