Game 1 - TEXANS ML $125
Don't really love this game so many intangibles with Injuries, Indy has improved more than Houston over the year and certain have their number. The smart money initial moved this line off -3 right away but the Texans have manged to stay the Fav, even though they should be 3 point dogs by my stats. What has me leaning HOU is the Rush yard differential +34, the TO Margin +10, & believe it or not the better qb play leans to Watson. The Texans have some household names in Clowney and Watt on defense the Colts have done it with no name players and the emergence of few new guys that moved the defense up to the #11 ranking. I think the game comes down to the Texans pass rush vs pocket pass LUCK VS the Elusiveness of Deshawn Watson and his big play ability. The Texans need to take a page out of the JAQS 6-0 win on DEC 2 to see how to slow down LUCK.
GAME 2 - SEA +8 & O36 $300 tw $250
Alot of people like Seattle here but while the Seahawks were sqweaking out a game at home vs ARIZONA Dallas was resting EE, which could loom large today. Russell Wilson VS Dak is no contest and the coaching match up is tilted heavily towards Seattle as well except for one area no one seems to be speaking about Darren RICHARD . The Ex Seattle def co-ord seems to have transformed the Dallas Unit into a top notch tackling machine! You will see lots of shots of Marinelli on the sidelines today, but don't be fooled Richard is calling the defense. (maybe joe and buck will even reference it - If they do take shot for powerz)
The Seahawks always seem to be in the game if I was them I would be thinking about throwing the ball over that Line backing core and exposing the weak Pass D. This is why I think the game goes over everyone sees a running game with 2 good d's but I see the playbooks opening up and some explosive plays happening. Russel Wilson is MR. 4th q as well so we could catch the back door on this one!
Dallas was overvalued by my lines & smart money caught that too and moved the line down a bit early in the week but it too has held strong at -2, I think at the end of the day the Cowboys some how pull out a close win & the Seahawks impressive season comes to an end.
