Texans ML -120 medium
Was originally staying away from this one but decided to place a medium bet on Texans ML.
A big factor to consider here is that road teams playing back to back in week 17/18 in the playoffs are horrendous against the spread. Also short week coming from a Sunday game and now on the road playing early Saturday. Situationally, this isn't a good spot for the Colts.
With that said the Colts always play the Texans tough. I'm just betting medium here as a Houston fan. Everyone has been saying Houston is overrated but here they are in the playoffs with a bunch of injuries to the WR core. Nobody was talking about the Colts early-midway through the season and now here we are and all of a sudden the Colts are really good. We will see how this pans out but to me it seems like recency bias. Are the Texans great? No, but they are good at home and having home field benefits the defense greatly, especially in the playoffs (and Texans have one of the better D lines in football). Luck will definitely be able to exploit the backfield of the Texans IF the line doesn't put enough pressure on him. I think they will, though, and should be able to keep him off the field some. I think it will be a game decided by 3 points or some low #. I wouldn't be surprised if the Colts pull the upset since both teams are pretty close. Advantage to home team not playing B2B roaders though.
BOL RX'ers! Might play the night game.
