Congratulations! Nick Foles executed a perfect gameplan and shred our vaunted D. He did everything he needed to do, to grind out the victory. He burned us time and time again on 3rd down. Everyone will be talking about Cody Parkey this and Cody Parkey that for days. Everyone’s fear, if you're a die hard Bears fan, came true today. We all were thinking it.....the doink. But what people need to talk about more is, what kind of D were we playing on Golden Tate on that 4th down? McManus got his ass burned. You can tell we missed our Pro Bowl ball hawk, Eddie Jackson. Mitch played his ass off in the 4Q and put us in a perfect position to win the ball game. No excuses here whatsoever as a Bears fan. Props to you Eagles fans, your magical season is continuing on (again). Best of luck in Nola!

Hey Varkey .... I kept hearing during the game that Jackson was available , if they needed him bad enough ? Really not sure what considered needing him means ? We were in the Playoffs ....and Trey Burton ...u really still bleed green my friend , not sure what happen to his ass .

Philly Peters did a great job on Mack , was a key , imo .

To be cool , no words to describe Parkey , other than the organization, could have dumped him weeks ago ????

Congrats Philly Fans ...

No fear... You Bears fans have Trubisky. He's a winner from my home town in Mentor, Ohio. We should have drafted him here, but again, we had stupid executives making choices in the draft.

Dorsey made up for it this year with Shake-n-bakeR Mayfield in the draft.

I see a great SB in the near future with the Browns and Bears. Of course... we win with Cleveland.

Bears stuck with the run way too long. Yes, Trubisky is a risk but you could see Howard and Cohen were not going to succeed. You knew that going into the game but then it became abundantly clear after the first quarter. Nagy did not pull the trigger. We all know front 7 is the Eagles strength.
Bears should have passed early and often, that was their best chance. Yes, would have been criticized if it failed.
Pass to set up the run later.

I told all my friends this as the game was progressing. I dunno why they weren't throwing that rock earlier and often as you said.

Ya man. I was a Mitch hater in the beginning. But I think he just needs some time to develop in this offense. We need to go after a bad ass Wide Receiver. Our WRs are all just average. And fuck Tre Burton, I cant stand that guy. Shaheen blows too. We need a new rock solid TE here too.

Trubisky should have had a couple picks ... he played ok down the stretch ...but he still does not see the whole field on his attempts ? I'm not so sure this kid is the answer and unfortunately we are stuck with this tunnel vision QB for awhile.

I don't care if he is a winner in his heart, he still needs to get a bunch better where it counts and that's in decision making .

You need a qb to throw the ball. Bears don’t have a qb. Bears were a 1 hit wonder this season. Will regress to .500 in 2019.

Eagles line at the Saints looks fairly high.

Bullshit. Trubisky just needs some seasoning. Multi-talented and throws a sweet ball.
Plenty of talent around him too, both sides of the ball.
At least ten wins next year.

Varkey, you're a class act. Were it my team that had just lost like that, no way could I have that attitude.

He made the free kick. Never EVER kick that. Once I saw that perfect kick I just got a gut feel that it was going to mess with his head.

Bears 10-6 or better

:toast: Hopefully oddsmakers are optimistic like you and set their season o/u at 10 or higher for me. I just don’t see trubisky ever developing but that is just me. Team is solid in many other areas though. Out of division They get no, kc dal and lac at home and lar phi and den on road.

Maybe you're just a one-hit wonder yourself? If they would have won, I wonder if you would have still posted the same quote?
You know little about Tru. He's has a great arm. He makes the plays the OC puts in. He's got one full season as a rookie. He took a team to the playoffs.
The Bears gave up nothing in the trades to get him in the draft because his upside is far better than who they would have drafted if they missed him.
I followed this kid through his entire High School games as well as at NC.

You act like he has Antonio Brown to throw to? Like he lost the game?
Coaches lose games by not having game plans that are effective. in This game the coaches lost it. Not Tru or the Kicker.
In fact we had dunce head coach Jackson here in Cleveland and as soon as we fired him - we turned into a winner without any player changes.

The Bears are real and there is no other QB who was as good in the draft except Mahomes who KC was smart enough to get..
