Never seen anything like it

The movie is OK, but doesn't warrant anything close to the hysteria it's getting.

If you like the premise I recommend checking out A Quiet Place. A much smarter and better made version of BirdBox

Agree, found myself fast forwarding, cheap special affect explosions, terrible acting from some no name actors, bounce around movie tough to follow. 3/10 no way that movie makes it on the big screen. Netflix Noobs helping get views.

i'm never in a hurry to see a sandy bullock movie. the only thing worse than her acting are the films that hire her

Acting was very bad in spots. As was the dialogue. Like a said, an ok movie.

poor mans A Quiet Place

I wll definitely have to check out A Quiet Place as I got "trapped" into watching Bird Box with the wife and wish I could get those 2 hours back! I guess it was based on 2014 book(which hopefully was better than the film) so maybe it was A Quiet Place that copied the book and changed one thing ?!
Either way looking forward to checking out A Quiet Place.
