With the use of the stall offense in high school basketball. Inferior teams take advantage of no shot clock and are able to upset much more talented opponents by stalling the entire game

Just happened in Orlando. Huge upset. The score at halftime was 3-0

Those 3-0 halftime type scores are because a team will refuse to get out of the zone defense.

Offense will just stand up top and milk 7 minutes off the clock. Fans boo. Ive been involved in a couple of these.

I have no problem with it. Defense just needs to adjust and force turnovers.

Seems like really bad coaching to allow your team to lose against this strategy

I do not understand how this would work ?? No way an inferior team could be able to stall that long ...(Better team/athletes could press and steal the ball) Makes no sense

7min just passing the ball around and the defense couldn't make a play? They deserve to get stalled then

Not even passing the ball. Just holding it up top near half court. Team refused to get out of their zone defense until the fourth quarter when they had to because they were behind.
