How about Pats/Rams with the Rams representing generational change vs the old guard? 23 year old QB with a 32 year old coach vs 41 year old QB with 65 year old coach that's been around forever.
Very fairly in sports do you get to see an actual intersection like that take place on the field/court. Usually the way it just kinda happens is teams/players get old and new ones replace them but there is never really an actual passing of the torch or showdown where this plays out. And a lot of times when it does, it's not really at the highest level and/or it just sucks (something like Ali/Holmes for instance)

In the past the networks would pull for 2 big market teams to play in the big games but probably not for the Super Bowl. As a Sox and Pats fan, nothing more I would like to see than the Pats complete the 2 sport sweep against the teams from LA but any combination of the remaining teams will be fun to watch
The Super Bowl is clearly the game that will garner the most viewers regardless who plays in it.
But the game that has the best story line is next week's CC between the pats and the Chiefs.
And it starts with the QBs. Brady the GOAT vs Mahomes who sure looks like he can take the position to the next level. He certainly is young and needs years of success to qualify but he is the most spectacular talent that I've ever seen burst onto the scene.
Goff and Brees are like the undercard in comparison.

I loved the Pats today with all the misinformation circulating that Brady was not the Brady of old and that the Chargers were 8-1 on the road and led by the destined Philip Rivers. Bullcrap. That's the kind of junk that gets you a great line to bet into if you can see through the misinformation or the fallacies that accompany the information.
But that game has been played. And now the world knows the truth about Brady and his team. So the line value will be pretty much gone. And the extreme Patriot advantage at Home will be gone.
I'll be looking at this game from a lot of angles. But the best Patriot value was sucked up today. One thing that wasn't apparent in yesterday's KCy game or in today's Patriot game was the wide gap that you will likely see between Brady and Maholmes and more pronounced between Reid and Belichick in a close game running the two minute offense. There is nobody better at that than Brady and Belichick. That might decide the bet for me.
