The only thing I could see on #7 that would deserve a play angle might be the Jockey & Trainer angle. Which the best I could rank him in that angle would be 3rd.
With that in mind , takeing a look ahead to the second race , useing only that angle I get (5-8-6-1)

That #6 was a Wild one . They had to back him out of the starting gate to calm him down , put him back in and then he stumbled coming out of the gate and then Won the race paying $18.00.
