Why would a grown man in that situation not just walk away? The group of girls obviously have shitty parents but the guy deserves whatever punishment he gets. Why do people continue to do stupid things like this in a world where there are cameras literally everywhere!

I dont think he should be charged from whats seen in the video.

She charged him, and he pushed her away. She then charges him again even faster.... obviously she was the aggressor, and who knows what kind of weapons kids have these days. He has a right, just as anyone else does, to protect themselves from a mob of people. Its not like these were toddlers surrounding him.... these were people acting like adults, fighting, yelling, cursing and threatening people.

Have any of you guys ever been confronted by a pack? If you think they're going to attack your only defense is to hurt one enough to make the rest back off. She assaulted him. I don't care how old she is. She's no baby. That combined group of girls can do serious damage to that guy if they are not forced to back off. That guy's self defense mechanisms were kicking in.

It's a sad commentary on our society when a pack of young teenagers would even think of attacking a grown man clearly their senior. Over what? What exactly did he do to them? My guess is nothing except defend himself.

Punish the girls. Set the man free.
