Dude, get some balls. They said what? Watch the whole thing. Hell, even if they said a couple things, what would yo do when being constantly harassed? You are being ridiculously PC. That is the problem. You think leftists won't call out anything they see as wrong? And by wrong I mean based on their fucked up morality Can you point me to the bad things they said? And no the Indian did not try to get in the middle to make peace. The black guys were both the aggressors and only one making negative remarks. Why didn't he walk up to them and tell them to shut up? He walks up to the kids who are harassed and beats a drum in their face while his friend said negative things. Does that make sense? I'm confused on your point.
You sound like Giuliani trying to defend the Trump Tower meeting.. "They said nothing!! But even if they did..." Well which is it??
Your response is really all over the place. I shared that Twitter post because it shows that those kids from the high school were acting like assholes to anybody that walked by. I'm not criticizing them, they're teenagers -- most teenagers are assholes. My guess? Those kids were having a good time getting a rise out of anti-trump folk, chanting MAGA at people and being obnoxius (again, teenagers) and then they got a reaction from those Black Hebrew people -- a vile, disgusting, racist reaction. Herd mentality kicks in, the crowd of kids gets larger -- and then Vietnam Veteran fellow came walkin' through with his veteran buddies to put themselves between the kids and the black hebrews. I don't consider myself 'leftist' but if you want me to call out the black hebrews for the shit they said, done. They were in the wrong, 100%. But I'd be careful before you go labeling a group of high school kids as these poor innocent children who didn't see it coming. If you go walking around DC with a bunch of MAGA gear, chanting MAGA and grunting at people -- especially given you have an unpopular president -- ahhh, you're kinda inviting a reaction.
Again, i'm not taking sides and considering no one was injured or killed. In fact, I commend those kids for not responding violently.
I'm not ready to take a side in all of this because, well I don't have to. And why should I until I have as much of the facts presented to me as possible so as to better understand the motives of those involved and how it got to the point of a teenager and war veteran in a stare-down. That's the difference between me and you. You react and make assumptions (your repsonse is full of assumptions). I gather as much information and facts as I possibly can. Sometimes that means being patient and waiting for the media spin to die down. Other times it means I have to take my medicine and admit that I got it wrong. I don't like having to take my medicine, hence my tendency not to react -- but to gather, gather, gather the facts.
You can talk about liberal derangement syndrome or w/e all you want, but I have to laugh at people who drum up every last excuse for inconvenient news. Do you ever find yourself defending EVERY ACTION of the person you voted for? I voted for Obama, but there is PLENTY I will criticize him for. PLENTY (though cheating on his 3rd wife by rawdogging a porn star, and paying for her silence is not one of them Shush()*) And before the daggers come out, I did NOT vote for Clinton (Hillary OR Bill). I fucking hate the Clintons.
You guys are fucking nuts when you put these elected officials on a pedestal to which they can do no wrong. I don't subscribe to either party -- sometimes I vote Republican, sometimes for a Democrat. After I vote, I scrutinize the fuck outta them because that's our job as citizens.
I say lock 'em all up -- every last criminal in every branch of government. Dem and Repub. Lock those criminals up.
