So that you can win money on both sides possibly.

If i have $100 should i put it on pats -1 then rams at +6.5 to cover any overtime td? What is the best hedge play for this game?

Well how many SBs have OT in them? Also how does 6.5 cover a TD if the games tied at OT? I'm curious how your math skills come up with something like that?

If Pats won by a TD, you lose your 6.5 bet. So why'd you bet that?

If the game goes into OT and Pats score, they don’t kick the extra point (so rams +6.5 would cover).

Back to the original question...I’m not sure how you’d play Pats -1 and Rams +6.5? Are you teasing or buying points?

Id buy pts for pats and in a separate bet tease rams.

My thinking is pats usually win Superbowls by 3 pts Brady last drive to win by a fg.

They did go to ot vs the falcons and won by 6.5. I was burned Sunday because I teased the chiefs to +4 nor even thinking about overtime

There is an extremely high chance this goes to overtime based on the new nfl and these past weekends games

If you really want to get deep in the woods on this, +6.5 isn't a guaranteed winner in OT. Made FG + Defensive TD = loss. Unlikely, but possible.

your best bet is take the better team now getting points Rams +2.5 or 3 depending what you can get (personally I would wait as it should hit 3 again) and then hope they get out to a lead and on live betting take NE + points....worst case you're still getting points about the better all around team....don't think NE are going to gobble up 8 minutes a drive by running for 180 yards on the Rams--who have just held 2 elite run games to 48 yards a game in these playoffs

if you get 11/10 the Rams now there is a very good chance at some point in the game you'll get better than 11/10 NE and be able to have both sides going for a profit....only way you won't is if NE jump them early and rams are never in it, but like I said getting positive money on the better all round team sets you up nicely.
