I don't know that it's "should have won' so much as a really really bad/missed call . Both announcers agreed without any debate and it was big time in the news the following day. I think not certain the commish has admitted it, but so what -right?

Everyone remembers the Tuck Rule from '01 but the '01 Rams should be on that list too. That team cried for years about spygate, the Pats supposedly having film of their walkthrough and the officiating in the game. As well as saying if Martz just chose to run the ball, they would've won.
