I don't think so.

That seems like it would make the game wayyyy too subjective.

Game is already too slow for modern attention spans.

I wonder if that would force the ref to throw a flag on every play just to make it reviewable?

Yes, either have instant replay on PI or hits like we saw on Saints receiver, or completely get rid of instant replay from the game......what's the point of having instant replay if helmet to helmet isn't reviewable? At least college got it right......I prefer not having instant replay at all & let the corrupt refs have a party out there.
