ROTFLMAO!!!! The arrest of this weird, tanned weasel looking, Nixon tattooed scumbag has been LONG over due. Chickens are coming home to roost, all while Twittler is being bitched slapped almost on a daily basis by Nancy, and watching his Senate support-and his brain dead, Kool Aid drinking base-crumble around him due to his brilliant Wall demand.:nohead:Shush()*:aktion033popcorn-eatinggifSlapping-silly90)):pointer:azzkick(&^ [h=1]Trump associate Stone arrested, faces obstruction charge[/h] Associated Press 6 minutes ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — Roger Stone, an associate of President Donald Trump, has been arrested in Florida.
That's according to special counsel Robert Mueller's office, which says he faces charges including witness tampering, obstruction and false statements.
Stone is scheduled to make a court appearance later Friday.
Stone has been under scrutiny for months but has maintained his innocence.

Did we ever talk about Roger Stone? Since firing Comey is not obstruction of justice, this one can't remember much, does that mean there's no obstruction of justice committed by anyone anywhere? This reminds me of Jim Acosta's border wall picture, "look people, no crime at the wall". Ignorance and idiocy is a result of inferior genetics, they're simply programmed to be stupid

As for Roger Stone, can't wait to learn about some lame reason for charging him. If he were a democrat, he wouldn't be charged. Hell, ho could commit fraud to obtain a warrant and still walk freely.

We need a pill people

Here's his deal.

After, repeat "after" Wikileaks released damaging e-mails about the Clinton Campaign, he reached out to Wikileaks to see if they had any more dirt on Clinton. He lied about that

Supposedly it was the Russians that gave Wikileaks the data, but Stone didn't reach out to the Russians, he didn't collude with the Russians, his actions were actually not criminal in any way shape or form. But he denied reaching out to Wikileaks, and Mueller did what Mueller does best, create a crime when none existed

Now compare that with the Clinton campaign that paid Russia for dirt on Trump, obtained a fake dossier, gave it to McCain who gave it to the justice department who used fraud to obtain an illegal fisa warrant...... then all the criminal activity that followed, then and the lies about an ACTUAL CRIME that followed, and baddafuckingbing you see the surface of the iceberg

We are a nation of idiots, with deadbeats like duuuuuuuhfeces being at the head of the class

And the always political Mueller used another one of the favorite techniques of libtard nation, he arrests Stone on a Friday and only after he notified the media so they could be there to film it. Now the criminal corrupt colluding always lying democratic media can spin this story all weekend long, pretending as if this somehow implicates Trump in "Russian Collusion".

Since firing Comey is not obstruction of justice,

Didn't Trump go on TV shortly after Coney was fired and say something along the lines of.. 'I thought to myself this whole Trump Rushia thing is a hoax, so i fired Comey'

You leave out some critical facts in your statement. First of all, the dossier was initially commissioned a Republican organization looking for opposition research against Trump during the GOP primary. That organization hired Fusion GPS to do the research and once Trump became the official nominee, it was scrapped. The Clinton campaign hired the same firm, Fusion GPS, to do oppo research on Trump for the general election. I would imagine that Fusion kept all that research when the earlier job was scrapped.

If the Clintons committed a crime, show me the evidence and throw 'em in jail. I have no love for the Clintons, but sometimes facts are unfortunate. I've never voted for a Clinton in my life.

Another unfortunate fact is that most of the Steele dossier has already been proven to be true.

Another unfortunate fact for those who think this is a 'witch hunt'

Michael Flynn - Trump's National Security Advisor (whom Obama suggested to Trump: get rid of that guy!!) - Plead Guilty
Paul Manafort - Trump's Campaign Chairman (who stepped down because of media scrutiny of his ties to Ukraine) - Plead Guilty
Rick Gates - Trump's Deputy Campaign Chairman - Plead Guilty
George Papadopoulos - Trump's Campaign Foreign Policy Advisor - Plead Guilty & sentenced
Michael Cohen - Trumps Personal Lawyer / Wannabe-Consigliere - Please Guilty & sentenced
Roger Stone - Indicted

That's a whole bunch of witches for a hoax witch-hunt.

Again, I don't identify with one party or the other. I lean right on fiscal matters and lean left on social matters. I follow facts and not the bullshit lines fed to the public by politicians. I don't care what party you belong to, if you break the law -- you go to jail. I hope Mueller exposes EVERYONE involved, EVERY last congressman that has accepted money from a foreign adversary

Honest question: At what point to you take a step back and say "Hey, maybe there's something there there" Because innocent people don't plead guilty and Trump has a shitload of guilty players formerly on his campaign and cabinet.

For anyone who is buying into CPA-expert opinions on how federal prosecutors work, please brace yourself for the coming 90-180 days. Mueller is now at almost 50 criminal indictments and it's reasonable that by the time Tiny is the sole remaining conspirator there will be 100+

If you want to see someone in real pain, check out Sarah Huckabee this morning flailing on CNN....has to be internally horrifying to be still in your 30s realizing that for literally the rest of your life you will be remembered by the entire world to have lied repeatedly for the the most notorious criminal in US history

Paul Manafort was indicted and convicted of crimes that pre-date the Obama Presidency, genius.

You're so dumb it is scary.

Almost forgot the juiciest indictments of all (save for those eventually levied against Tiny)

Kushner indictments -- "it's not trump!!"

The day those indictments come down and Kushner is arrested may well be the day Ivanka grabs the kids and boards a private jet for Moscow

Name calling. Good counter-argument.

Yes, Manafort was a criminal before he was the Trump Campaign Chairman. Did Trump bother to vet him before hiring him as his campaign manager?
Or did Manafort have an epiphany and cease his 10-year stretch of criminal behavior? Or perhaps the crimes Manafort was indicted for made him an ideal candidate for the job?

I wasn't there. I don't know. But I trust the law and I trust when people plead guilty in court. Innocent people don't plead guilty.

You realize that these so called crimes were committed after Mueller and the investigation started with Gates ,Stone , Papadopoulos .and Flynn . and the other 2 years before they ever met Trump.. probably not significant looking thru your eyes ..

Everything is significant in my eyes. Give me facts to consider and I'll reevaluate my position.

Bill Clinton was impeached for a crime that he committed AFTER the special counsel (Ken Starr) began his investigation. They got him obstruction as well.

Why did they lie if they had nothing to hide? ESPECIALLY in the case of Michael Flynn, a career military man, who should have known better than to lie to the FBI. He admitted, in open court, to the judge that he should have known better than to lie to the FBI -- and that he wasn't tricked into lying, etc.

The indictment does not charge him with crimes directly related to Russia or with conspiracy in relation to the 2016 election.

Actually, one of the indictments allege that Stone attempted to obtain hacked e-mails to damage Trump's political opponents and that Stone coordinated this act with Trump campaign officials.

From the indictment:

5. During the summer of 2016, STONE spoke to senior Trump Campaign officials about
Organization 1 and information it might have had that would be damaging to the Clinton
Campaign. STONE was contacted by senior Trump Campaign officials to inquire about future
releases by Organization 1.

7.

After the 2016 U.S. presidential election, the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent
Select Committee on Intelligence (“HPSCI”), the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
(“SSCI”), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) opened or announced their respective
investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, which included
investigating STONE’s claims of contact with Organization 1.

8.
In response, STONE took steps to obstruct these investigations. Among other steps to
obstruct the investigations, STONE:

a. Made multiple false statements to HPSCI about his interactions regarding
Organization 1, and falsely denied possessing records that contained evidence of
these interactions; and

b. Attempted to persuade a witness to provide false testimony to and withhold
pertinent information from the investigations.
