Pinny Support

Pinnacle only offers support via email... is there any way to call them? Are all offshore sportsbook support email only? Seems odd.

I’m trying to deposit $$$ into my account via Instant Banking. Go through the process and even though it clearly shows I have more than my deposit amount available in my bank account it always limits me at $450. I called my bank and there are no restrictions on my account. It’s been 4-6 weeks and no one can figure out why... I just get generic replies from email support.

I also just found I can’t do a wire transfer (I’m from Canada) I find that very strange.

Use Muchbetter. Very easy to deposit. When you sign up increase your deposit limits as it only allows $160. Will have to send in ID. Did it all in 15 minutes. Just download the app.

Click on the "help" tab. Then look for the blue box on the bottom/side of page for chat

I am in Canada and also w Pinny. I bet British Pounds and I love the exchange rate! That is the main reason I use Pinny is because they let me bet in British Pounds. So when I withdraw my winnings it gets converted into Canadian Funds. British to Canadian Funds is a heavy conversion as the Canadian dollar is weak vs the Sterling. The only thing more I love than winning, is winning in British Pounds. It just does not get any better than that! I use credit card for deposits and use Instant Banking for withdrawals which takes over a week to reach my bank account. As it stands I have 4 withdrawals still waiting to arrive (all been processed by Pinny). First withdrawal went in within 48 hrs. Second withdrawal was just over a week. Lord only knows how long it will take for the other 4 to arrive. With all this technology you would think they could deposit money into the winners accounts just as fast as they take the money. Any how I cant complain. Pinny does pay out and very well as they let me Pound The Sterling!
