5dimes isnt paying me

This is not the first time i requested a bitcoin payout.

first they cancel because i didnt do heir dumb dba. Fine so i resubmitted
then they say i jeed to call for phone verification. So i did
then they send an email asking me to confirm my bitcoin address and account number. Fine i replied

then after 24 hrs i hear zero response so i submitted the same email again.

now they are saying my bitcoin address doesnt match but that is a complete crock of shit. I have a coinbase wallet and my address never changes. So i sent in this nasty email demanding my money.

why are they behaving like this? No other book does this at all. How do i get my money when they are bood face lying that my address doesnt match when it clearly does

Skybook asks for verification ..first 4 and last 4 .. never had a problem ..maybe just resubmit it... I wouldn't go to the nasty gram right away ...

I have an account at 5 dimes I am unable to log into.

They want me to jump through 50 hoops. Can’t be much in there.

Think the issue is email they have on file is no longer valid so they want drivers license and all of that

They are all about security.

I've had to update things in the past & while it is time consuming, I understand it's for the customer's protection.

Heck I get aggravated when using my debit card and asked for ID anywhere.
