John Stockton

This is an example of a player who some will say "he's a HOFamer, how is he underrated.?"

Because he has the most amazing feat in all of sports in my opinion, yet it rarely gets discussed when talking great players.

All-Time records on offense AND defense.

Assist & steals leader.

We'll probably never see it again in sports.

So many

Shawn Marion comes to mind

This guys fundamentals wer sooo bad... definitely deserves credit.

But when i read the title the VERY FIRST name that came to mind...

John Stockton.. (great call Hache).. he will never ever be matched, the most unselfish, whitest, sharpest guy on the floor.. this guy should of been a coach after his play. Having said that, I kindof dont blame him for getting out altogether...

Agree on Stockton. Also, Hakeem Olajuwon. Guy should be mentioned all the time with Bird, Magic, Jordan, Lebron and Kareem, Shaq and Kobe. He is always on the outside or not mentioned. I thin he was better than Shaq and on par with Kareem. He had no other stars on the team when he won. He had the worst second best player compared to all other guys

Stockton was the first to come to mind also. Guy was great for long time but rarely ever gets mentioned during the great PG debates.
