Temperatures in the Central Valley of Costa Rica Could Reach 86 Degrees Fahrenheit This Week

The Costa Rican Meteorological Institute (IMN) expects high temperatures in the Central Valley and Guanacaste.
The weather conditions for this Monday, January 28 and the rest of the week will be similar to those experienced Sunday, with temperatures that could reach 86°F in different areas of the Central Valley.
As the week progresses the wind will be stronger in particular during the evening hours, however, the conditions still will remain warm.

The highest temperature this Sunday, January 27 were registered in the North Pacific of the country where the temperature reached between 95°F and 98°F during certain hours of the day; while in the Central Valley the highest temperature registered was of 89.6°F.
The conditions are normal for the month of the year we are in, the highest temperatures are usually reached in the months of March and April.
Take necessary precautions to avoid sunburn or dehydration; it only takes 20 minutes of sun exposure for the skin to suffer damages and even burns. Avoid exposure to the sun during peak hours, but if you are going to be exposed make sure to apply sun block every couple of hours and protect your eyes with adequate sun glasses, hydration is also important.
