i boycotted the league 12 years ago after the steroid crap and when Bonds retired. I doubt I could name 5 players in the game right now and I’d have to guess to name those 5. About the only thing I know about MLB from recent years is the Cubs finally won the World Series a few years ago. Hard not to hear about that.

One story about the WNBA. I was at the LV summer league this year and at halftime they had one of those games where someone has to make a layup, free throw and 3-point shot. The announcer sets up the game, introduces the kid and says that if he does all three, he wins two tickets to a Las Vegas WNBA game. All at once there was a very loud, collective grown from the entire crowd...very funny.
