When you carry a weapon and it's use is to kill, others do so too....with all the training these guys get, I still believe it is not enough. There are to many different sections like: felony warrant, felony violent division, this division, and that division. To much bullshit and when one untrained guy can hit a half dozen special forces, there is something wrong. These guys are not trained properly and the vast majority of them don't even belong there in the first place.
