For those of you who wondered why the heavy-handed tactics of the FBI raiding Roger Stone's house.

"It is composed of multiple hard drives containing several terabytes of information consisting of, among other things, FBI case reports, search warrant applications and results (e.g., Apple iCloud accounts and email accounts), bank and financial records, and the contents of numerous physical devices (e.g., cellular phones, computers, and hard drives). The communications contained in the iCloud accounts, email accounts, and physical devices span several years."

It is very likely they raided his home rather than to allow him to turn himself in. It removes the opportunity for Stone to destroy evidence.

Damn! That sure is a lot of evidence. Surely Stone realizes he's toast.

I wonder why he pleaded not guilty?

What a Democrat/deep state hack this ding-donger is.

Stone is a Republican with decades of conservative activism. This was a Democrat intelligence operation, so they can leak Stone's information to the press and the Dem party.

Maybe he's expecting a pardon.

I also read somewhere that Stone has has several guns/weapons registered to him which might also explain the FBI's heavy-handed tactics. I could be wrong.

Yea a "democrat intelligence operation" SheriffJoe. You sound ridiculous. Who's the head of the FBI? Who appointed him? Is it possible that such a decision would need his stamp of approval?

If not. If Chris Wray was in the dark about the situation, why haven't heads rolled at the bureau? Why hasn't someone come out in apology to Stone and his family?

I'll give you $50 if you can answer without saying "Clinton" or "Obama".

Too fucken funny - over a year ago Stone said he expects to be indicted any day - if he wanted to destroy anything hes only had two years - he was taken out of bed in a tee shirt that reads, "Roger Stone is innocent" - he said he expected to be indicted any night the last year and wore the shirt just in case that was the night - now please apologize for ur dumb ass post

"Robert Mueller’s prosecutors, in a new court filing, described the evidence as “voluminous and complex” in asking a judge to delay his trial to give them more time to sift through the seized devices."

More time! More time!

Hey Judge, we don't even know what Stone has, we just need time to fish and fabricate more process crimes to turn the screws on him!

What a joke Mueller and his 13 angry Democrats are. Of course the ding-dongers eat this deep state shit right up. :>(

I was being facetious. If he is expecting a pardon wouldn't you think he'd plead
guilty so he could get it over with.

They don't call it 'Stupid Watergate' without reason.
Who’s they. I was in Vegas a month ago and my socialist thinking cousin and I got into a argument and he told me since 4 out of 5 cable news channels say the same thing they must be telling the truth. That’s where the conversation ended guess I got trumped

Is Roger Stone entitled to the Bill of Rights or are we living in a post-constitutional Mueller autocracy?

This analysis from Wikipedia:

“The Sixth Amendment grants criminal defendants the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury consisting of jurors from the state and district in which the crime was alleged to have been committed. Under the impartial jury requirement, jurors must be unbiased, and the jury must consist of a representative cross-section of the community.”

Not according to ding-donger. Andrew Weissmann and his pals need to collect political intelligence on the opposition party for 2020!

Jill Stein?

Also, I'm not on the SC team and don't know the full scope of what they know. I just keep thinking about what is out there, what I can observe with my own eyes -- imagine what the FBI knows.

Did you happen to catch the IC hearing with Congress a couple days ago? And how Trump threw them all under the bus because it didn't fit whatever narrative he's pushing? Aren't all those people his picks? Wray? Coats? Haspel?

Why go on Twitter and roast them the way Trump did?

edit to respond to: "Couldnt be because they arent targeting Democrats at all could it?"

I'm not a Democrat. I just hate politicians and distrust the lot of them

maybe you and like 7 radical leftists agree this was a solid use of force and taxpayer dollars. the other 322 million people know it was an intimidation tactic and "a message" to others that are considered inside of Trump's inner circle

every FBI task force member, former or current, laugh this raid off and are embarrassed by the tactics. White collar folks always have shit they can offload, ask Hillary, but this didn't come as a surprise to Stone who told everyone 7-8 months ago he expected to be brought in for questioning. If he had anything to get rid of he'd have done if over the past half a year

how the fuck would a helicopter and two armored cars stop him from hitting "delete" on the emails? c'mon man, use the grey matter upstairs. I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you were joking about the burner phones so came back at you with The Wire reference, but turns out you were fucking serious?

"voluminous and complex" ... dear god what a jerkoff narrative that is

100% speculation. You wish 322 million people felt that way when the reality is 200+ million people want the Mueller investigation to play out and couldn't care less about Roger Stone or his Nixon tattoo.

Yea, maybe instead of showing him their hand the FBI let him squirm on the hook for a while. Ya know, watched how he behaved publicly -- who did he call? Who did he interact with? Who did he target on social media? What communications did he think he was getting away with, but we were watching the whole time? Maybe they were hoping his dumb ass would lead them to further criminal behavior by his associates?

Seems like reasonable investigative work to me.

I'm not a member of the team. I don't know why they had a helicopter. Maybe if Stone was drunk/high enough he'd flee the scene? Who the fuck knows.

Good call. She has been arrested but it had nothing to do with Russia.

She was arrested in Texas while attempting to resupply protesters camping out in trees
to oppose the Keystone XL pipeline, according to anti-pipeline activists.

She was also was charged in Morton County ND with misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and criminal
mischief for spray-painting construction equipment during a protest against the Dakota Access pipeline.

Why she's a real life Bonnie Parker. face)(*^%

There's a picture of her with Mike Flynn and Putin. My point is that if Dems and Repubs turn up RED (russian) then off with their heads to all of them.
