my checklist on why she's the ideal candidate for Democrats. In short, she holds ALL of their radical beliefs but wants them adopted in less radical forms. She'll even get some libertarians and moderate conservatives on board. Well-spoken, provides some facts that align with her narrative, and is the opposite of Trump but with some brains behind her rhetoric and a calm delivery.
1) A woman.... they are only pushing women as candidates
2) A Hindu Samoan-American. everyone can get down with Samoans without feeling threatened
3) Switched from staunchly pro-life to now aborting into at least well into 2nd trimester (so far she's fine with >20 weeks)
4) Anti-interventionalist - will even get some Libertarian votes here and she's actually met with leaders in the middle east and talks factually about the new arms race
5) A less radical, but still radical, energy plan for 80% solar/wind by 2035 (16 years) and ending all fossil fuels by 2050 (30 years)
6) Free community college for all (no matter family income) and free 4-year college for all students of families not making >$125k/yr.
7) Supports Universal Healthcare but not totally on board with Obamacare now that costs are out of control. Would consider repeal of ACA for more radical policy
8) One of the House leaders in federally decriminalizing weed and aligning it with alcohol and cigarettes
9) Wants to lower taxes on middle class by raising taxes on the rich
10) already has THE slogan for groupthink which is "Service Above Self" ... Dems will eat that shit up!
