I've said all along he must be a real jerk for his whole family to have issues with him because he disowned them.
People who defend him say that maybe he had to separate himself from his family because they must beg him for money.
I've never believed that could be the case from his entire family.
The story a few months ago about the California fires sealed the deal for me.
His parents live in the area in which many were in serious danger, yet not only did he not even call to check on them, he followed up with a large donation to the rest of the ppl in that same area.
If that wasn't a deliberate & cruel shot at them, I don't' know what is.

Also we may have to come to the realization that he might not be as good as everyone says he is.
