Yeah I know they bring limits way down low during late night hours but my God what time do these people in Costa Rica wake up at? Lunch time? lmao I mean by 8 am Eastern they should have enough support to open up the field and remove those very low betting limits. Like come on PINNY! GET THE LEAD OUT!

i can't answer your question. What time people wake up in Costa Rica has nothing to do with Pinny. They are not located in Costa Rica. They are located in Curacao.

I think they only uncircle once the action starts rolling in. The bigger the game the faster they uncircle. I’ve seen them uncircle a game 10 hours away with popular teams but still had a circle with a game that starts in a couple hours with two no name teams.
