Look for...
Teams playing their 4th in 5 days.
......or 7th in 10...and don't bet them
Avoid teams that are home for ONE GAME in between road trips... don't bet them in that ONE HOME GAME.
Avoid teams on the FRONT END of back-to backs if they travel after game#1.
In other words, if A team is playing today , then travels to play tomorrow, it's either BET ON TEAM B today or PASS. (This used to be the opposite. Used to avoid the 2nd game of back to backs). Coaches now tend to rest starters on the front end.
There are so many more scheduling issues in this league to consider.

Cmon man. No offense to you guys I know you are trying to help the sheep and the public, but keep this shit to yourself. Those who can, do. Those who can’t talk about those who can. Now can you? In the last ten years of NBA betting, by far my biggest losing weeks are the week leading INTO the All-Star Break and the week AFTER the game. Every year. Players coast into the break and then screw around and performances are whacky for the first week when they return
I think the best months to bet NBA IMO are December and January.
Right now is when teams start resting in certain games &new trade pieces also mess with the team chemistry.
After the break. it's almost like a new season.
Ist half trends tend to go away and you have to find new 2nd half trends.
It's a ONE WEEK break, but it's like a 3 or 4 week break for cappers to feel confident in the new trends that will develop.
I've been switching to NHL at this time the last few years because they have been out of their break and back in full swing.
Look at the Blackhawks since the break.
They've won 6 or 7 straight.
They COULD NOT BUY A GAME pre-break.
There are new post break trends.
Just trying to herd the sheep.

Yeah the value is gone on NBA from an analytical side of things. Until teams get closer to playoff run. I mean, the Bottom 4 tanking teams for Zion have lost 45 straight games until the Cavs had to play the Knicks tonight.
You are spot-on regarding first half season trends vs. second half. And I think this season is even more staggered with the early season start. So more games will be played pre-break than after this year.
There are quite a few profitable systems for the first two months of the season. 30-45 game range.
Jamal Murray is a case-in-point example of whacky behavior during this stretch. Just played arguably his worst first half in career.
Raptors are gonna start tripping up even more without VanFleet running the 2nd team and trying to fit Lin in. Yet they will be overvalued for another 10-14 days.
