Kinda bored with the stock market and looking at some other alternative investments. Seems like getting into some of these startups pre ipo can be rather lucrative...also of course high risk. Anyone have any experience with any of this? Dos this come with like powerball, mega millions chances of success? Penny stock like scam? Was looking at the site https://republic.co/venture-capital and its giving off a kinda scammy vibe. I know we have like a crypto thread, stock threads and stuff..maybe we can all pile into some VC funding or toss around some ideas. Only company that seemed semi interesting to me on republic was "sapient".
