Navy taking 4 Open Dates during 2019

Not sure I have ever seen a team with four open dates on their schedule before
seeing Navy's games for 2019. As a player, I would hate it.

Extra month of practice for the players. Ouch!

Is the Holy Cross game during week 0?

Navy's preseason outlook is not very good heading into the 2019 season. Maybe
all these open dates will help??

Anyone know how teams with open dates fared (W/L) during 2018. One would
think a team would be better off (rested, prepared) coming off an open date.
