Pinnacle Has Closed my Account Stealing $24,117 British Pounds

I have not broken any of Pinnacle's rules. I have not used any arbitrage type software. I am not part of a syndicate. Its is only because I am up a significant amount of money vs the amount of deposits I have made Pinnacle refuses to let me withdraw my winnings. Over the past couple weeks Pinnacle has lied and reversed 9 of my withdrawal requests. They owe me a good amount of money. After they reversed and put my 3 last withdrawals back into my Pinny account I went a head and placed my bets since they refuse to pay me out I figured what else could I do. After placing my $18K British Pound bets they closed my account 1 hour before the first game starts. Pinnacle has made it next to impossible for me to withdrawal my winnings. I have only been with them for less than probably 2 months. They have reversed my last 9 withdrawal requests. They have made up different reasons as to why the last 9 withdrawal requests have been cancelled. I know they are lying clearly as they have stated that my banking institution rejected 3 of my withdrawal requests. When I called the bank the bank said there were no wire transfers that were rejected. There were no wire transfers even attempted. Pinnacle has taken complete advantage of me. They do not cater to winners. They reversed my last 9 withdrawal requests and put the money back into my Pinnacle account hoping that I would lose the money. Now that they are out of excuses, they have closed my Pinnacle account with 18K British Pounds still pending on tonights games and with a $6,075British Pound withdrawal still pending (has been almost 24hrs). I went with Pinnacle because of the A+ rating on SBR. Pinnacle is acting very unprofessionally and the lies I have received from this group is unbelievable!

Just wait now Pinnacle is making the rules up as they go regarding withdrawals. They are trying to say I was trying to withdrawal too much money even though they had it posted on the Instant Banking that I could withdrawal $7500 British Pounds within 24hrs. I will try their new rules they just created this evening and see if they pay me. I will keep everyone posted!

Btw, they have re-opened my account and I have no idea why it was closed in the first place. Lets hope things turn out well for me. They seem to be sincere now and apologetic. Hoping for the best.

Well yeah I mean come on. I was just getting started. At this point I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Not too sure why it took them over 3 weeks and over 12 reversed withdrawals before telling me the amount of withdrawal issue. I was following the limits they had posted on the withdrawal page. I guess mistakes can happen even with a book that has been around as long as Pinnacle. Lets see what happens over the next couple of days with my withdrawals.

Hi Drew thanks for asking. SO after over 2 weeks and 12 reversed withdrawal requests they have said to me it was because of my withdrawal amount was too large. Even though it was under their posted $7500British Pounds and over their 24hr rule. So Now at-least on my side things they have changed the withdrawal amount to $6133British Pounds total you can take out within 24hrs period. I told them all of my withdrawals were under that amount, the largest being $6075. Anyways they closed my account and then re-opened it 40 mins later. I have no idea why they closed it to begin with. I have not made a withdrawal request with their new rules. I am sure that it was a technical mistake on their part of having the wrong withdrawal amounts posted I guess. I just didnt appreciate them waiting for prob 3 weeks and 12 cancelled withdrawal requests without telling me what the problem was. That part really sucks but it is what it is. I will keep you posted as soon as I try a withdrawal under their rules. Thanks for chiming in my friend. All the best!

Fill out a complaint form on SBR and let them intercede on your behalf.........it's the best way to go at this point.

Hey Joey. Actually they re-opened my account no idea why they briefly closed it in the first place. I just tried a withdrawal under their new guidelines and it worked. So besides having to put up with 12 withdrawals being reversed and never given a reason as to why they were being reversed for over 2 weeks things seem to be ok now. Just been a real shitty experience having to deal with that stress. I actually thought they were up to no good. I mean I couldnt withdrawal any money.
