I was with scottrade and very happy. They were bought by td ameritrade and I was dumped in. I hate it in every way..the platform, execution, customer service, shit takes days to clear..seriously its driving me nuts. Gonna cost $75 to transfer and close so I would like to move into another brokerage offering some kinda bonus. So what's everyone use? Any good bonuses? I dont trade alot but I want to be able to buy asap..not make a deposit and have to wait 2 days.

I have few portfolios through e trade, not bad.

But my favorite portfolios are my sports trading (betting) via betcris and pinnacle. I use the money management and spreadsheet template explained in this article by betting resource and all you need is patience to follow that discipline to double your starting capital in every 3 months if you use the compounding strategy.

I have been with E-Trade Securities since 1991 and Merrill Edge for about 8 years both are good. No one in the investment world gives a shit about you unless you have 1 million dollars. Bonus start at 100k, I like Merrill Edge because they give you 100 free trades a month if you keep a high balance. E-Trade is good because if you sell the wrong lot it can be correct in time.
