Bovada missing $$

Been a bovada member for 6 months, after doing a lot of due diligence. Been robbed by wsex years ago, and was very reluctant to go back online. Initial deposit of $300 and bonus of $150. Played a lot of futures, blackjack ended up getting the account to $800. Yesterday, when I logged in the $800 was gone. Transaction history said bonus was closed and the $800 had vanished. No notification via email, text, phone. Spoke to representative who told me I didn't meet my bonus requirements?/Has anybody experienced this issue? Do i have any recourse? I won that $800 and was very consistent player in the futures and online blackjack, just feel so defrauded by Bovada. Probably, would have given them back 15k over the next 3-5 years. Actually liked the platform and futures market

Maybe you weren't supposed to play casino until rollover was met.

Normally we'd ask that you PM us with your email address however, that option currently isn't available for us here. It sounds like the bonus expired; if you give us a call and ask to be transferred to the Player Advocacy Team, they'll be able to look into it further for you.

I like them but that makes me nervous to hear. I leave money sitting in my account all the time. Anytime I've called or chatted they'be been helpful. I don't like the fees they charge to deposit money - does 5Dimes charge a lot to make a deposit?

5Dimes or Bookmaker...would recommend either.
