How Kraft could get off in Florida massage parlor case

New York Post published convincing article on the very weak case the city of Jupiter has again Kraft. The women who gave Kraft the massage were the manager and operator of the business. They both were licensed therapists. There is no audio of Kraft asking for the special services. He paid the normal fee at the desk. The traffic stop could have been illegal because it was done on the pretext of a traffic violation and they asked Kraft for his drivers license and he was just a passenger. I wouldn't be surprised if this case ends with a simple fine and expunged charges. The NFL is going to have a hard time suspending Kraft if that is the case. A former prosecutor for the Manhattan DA's office and US Attorney's office for the Southern District sees some glaring flaws in the case.

My point is this, how do you know what news is fake? It's not an issue where critical thinking can move us in one direction or the other. It's just two different stories from two different reports, a he said she said argument

I don't believe any of us know all the facts yet, hence I don't think calling a different opinion "fake news" is appropriate

Police released Kraft’s probable cause and arrest warrant. Says he was allegedly caught on cam paying at front and tipping. He allegedly Pulled up one day in white Bentley and next day in blue Bentley and women helped him get dressed after, according to cops.

Also ... Keep in mind Police docs confirm that police did install hidden cameras on the same day they evacuated it under pretense of a suspicious package and possible bomb threat.

The video was possibly not legally obtained, the police seemed to ignore the necessity requirement for such an intrusive measure like planting a camera in the premises.

Certainly plausible Kraft's attorney will challenge the admissibility of the tape if it were to go to trial.
