Well, UFC 235 is here, and it should be a banger...I see value in several dogs, but I'm only playing a couple, so far posted anyways...
Hannah Cifers +230.......................0.5 unit -Cifers is strong as an ox for the weight class. No surprise she's been popped 3x for dope testing and it's only her 2nd UFC fight, but she's clean as a whistle. I know she's hard for fight fans that don't know her to get behind her as her personality outside the cage is very dry, and it makes her look out of place, however, she is a game opponent who can get the job done on fight night. She lost to M. Barber her last time out (may be a future champ IMO), but Cifers had a full training camp this time around, and if she can keep this one standing, I think she can win by KO/TKO. If you want to fade me here, Viana by Sub +135 is a solid pick...
H. Cifers by KO/TKO +800.............0.5 unit -She gets the job done by KO/TKO, or this one ends up on the ground and she gets subbed in the way I see it...
T. Torres +125.........................0.5 -not real confident in this one, but just playing the dog because hopefully Torres can do enough with her wrestling to grind out a win here...
A. Smith +665............................0.5 unit -Been on this one since the fight was announced. Most who are on this for the shock the World value, but I'm on it because I really think Smith can beat Jones...If the Jones that Gus fought last time out shows up, it happens for sure, if he doesn't, he still can...Looking for Smith to clip Jones a time or two and finish him afterwards, if not, yep you guys guessed it, he gets beat ITD himself, but I truly believe he isn't scared of Jones (if you're scared, you shouldn't be in the UFC to begin with) and will push all the buttons to find out if Jones can finish him. If he does indeed "Shock The World", I see an immediate rematch in order, and I will admit Jones will destroy him...
A. Smith ITD +1000...................0.5 unit -playing ITD instead of KO/TKO +1285 just in case something crazy happens like Jones Toe, broken leg, or whatever crazy shit that's been happening lately...ROund plays for dime sacks are tempting too, R1 +2500, R2 +2800, R3 +3500
Heavy Leans of Stephens +225 and Munhoz +130 as well, and can't blame anyone for taking a shot with Usman as well...
