In fact you would have just a good as a chance betting the Caps vs decent teams or the best teams in the league vs when they play non playoff shit teams. The bet is take the shitty teams +1.5 goals which is expensive, then back it up with +.5 goals reg time (also expensive) and then bet the ML to win in reg on the underdog.
