Really 12 degrees on March 8th in CT, not Alaska.

I'm seriously focusing on lawn care soon.I give up on my old mower, gonna throw it on Craigslist for free, I can't fix it, not a small engine mechanic.

For the last year I've been hiring this guy that mows the lawn next door to me at a commercial property.

A couple of problems there however. He just mows it, no weed whacking and other finer stuff . He's also nearly deaf. A Navy veteran, I like to support vets whenever possible.

He's also 81-82 years old. The sort of guy that needs do something, or he'd die, I know the type well .he is also pretty senile, but hey 81 or so and still alive and working !

I'm going to have to call him tomorrow and try to hammer out a deal with him or buy a new mower and do it myself, screw the swap meet used crap !
I don't like trying to talk to this guy over the phone, he is nearly deaf and forgets everything instantly, I'll still employee him if possible.probably the way the factory next door views it . How could you possibly take that away from him?

He gets first option on it anyhow, He's right here every Saturday during the season anyway. I've timed him, takes about 12 minutes for him to do my tiny yard, just ride your mower over my .14 acres or whatever it is, nothing more than that . Old man Pete might as well do it since he's here already, it just makes sense.
