Why do all my posts have to be looked at by a mod
before they are viewed? Seems like that should have come
to an end by now.

Some posters are on review.

A new member may be registered under Post review for various reasons, while some veteran posters may also be on PR for reasons the majority of them are clearly aware of whether they care to admit it or not.

If there are instances in which post review is not warranted, they are then removed.
