Deposits offshore?

What's a good pre-paid debit card for offshore transactions? Only ones I am finding can be used in the US. Black listed from ********* and Western Union and don't do the bitcoin or litecoin thing. Thanks in advance for any info.

I got some offshore books that will take a cashapp and some other methods for you to use your card, let me know
