I don't think they did a few years ago at UK, the one and done player essentially takes three classes in the fall semester and is on campus maybe 8 months, give or take a month.

We all know the answer is flat out NO
Notice in all of these big time sports, most of these guys wouldn't be in college if not for athletics not because of expense but because most wouldn't even graduate high school yet somehow they ALWAYS remain eligible as in ALWAYS. You never hear about 1 of Alabama's gangbangers flunking off the team
And people acting like Duke is sucha tough college to get into. Give me a break. You think Zion and those other guys even mess with class?? And for the 1st semester they are in basic 100 level classes anyway that are pre-planned as far as fake professors teaching those guys.
There is zero chance Zion Williamson flunks out despite not going to class. Never has happened.
And in college myself, I saw it firsthand in summer classes. You get in the classes with the athletes and its smooth sailing
