Really like VCU to win straight up tonight, and you can get them at a great value. Injury news moved the line way too much towards an overrated UCF squad. Anything can happen in the tourney, but I think this is a good value play to make if you're looking for a wager tonight.

If it helps, I was 73-54 this year and up over 30 units (I think); however I have not been betting much recently and could be a little rusty

Might be worth it to hit the +1.5 too. These games are so close; 1-point loss is a very possible outcome

Have there been any close games besides Auburn? There hasn’t been one buzzer beater yet, so what made you think the 1.5 was gonna come into play?

March Madness games are generally very competitive, so it's not far-fetched to think a last-possession game would be possibility. I didn't end up betting the spread though.

Based on data from the last 20 seasons it happens 25-30% more frequently in NCAA tournament games compared to average regular season games

Not really surprising, as there is a lot of parity in the tournament.
