He can build a program but he is like a lot of coaches imo who lack the x's and o's to get to the next level.. program I am familiar with is Ohio State football..John Cooper and Urban Meyer were great recruiters and program builders but their game prep for the big ones and in game coaching is just bad. Tennessee should have ran away from Iowa but Barnes let them back in the game imo..
