My friend wins his bracket contest as long as UVA wins the title.

Entry was $20 and first pays out $3,000.

Any other hedging opportunity besides betting Auburn ML at +200 and then if UVA wins, betting either TT or MSU at plus money?

After what happened last season Virginia sure seems like a team of destiny especially with the two teams they least wanted to play again both gone(UNC and Duke). I guess throwing $200 on Auburn and maybe $500-$1500 (if he has the funds) on Mich st/TTech in the title game would be the way to go. Hopefully he can win both bets on the title game taking the points.

Let it ride vs. Auburn. Then think about it.

He is pretty busto so I think it makes sense to even put $200 on Auburn. I’m going to front him the money to hedge if he does

Could betting on Auburn/TT/MSU to win the title be better?

I'd rather take the points in the title game, that way he could win both bets.

True, guess taking points isn't a bad idea in the title game.

I think it makes sense to hedge off about $250 to $300 ML in the Auburn game and guarantee @ least $500 profit. Can get em +200 right now I think

Virginia/Mich St would be around a pk (Virginia -1 currently at 5D) so there probably won't be a middle opportunity there unless he buys points.

"the field" over UVA is -170 so if you go by the rule of assuring 2/3 or your projected win you would place $1000 to win $590.

uva win = +$2000, uva loss = +$570
