Max has always done well against the phyllis'. I think he holds them down as usual. Efflin sucks, imo and gave up 13 runs in 11 innings last year against the Nats. I think they knock him around a bit tonight. Taking 1st 5 bc its a much better price than the -1 (-127) and you are essentially just playing the starters, I'll take Max at this price and expect the Nats to get to Efflin.
