I've spent the last 2 hours searching for a website that shows the pitching stat Team Record in Games Started (TRGS) so I can do some backtesting. Needless to say, I can't find TRGS anywhere online. What I can find however, with ease, is every other imaginable pitching stat 10x over.

What in thee actual fu(k...?

Hook an amateur dermatologist/tailor up before Jane Doe gets the hose again. Please.

TIA

I may not fully understand your question but scoresandodds has a pitchers record versus the team with ERA and WHIP.

Then "his teams record is" and shows record, units won or lost and over/under results and units.

But you have to look at each game individually...

Maybe some help???

Appreciate the effort Timmy, but that's not quite what I'm looking for.

To clarify... If a pitcher has 30 starts and has a record of 11-7, there is a stat called Team Record in Games Started (TRGS) that will tell you how the team fared during his 12 No Decision starts combined with his 18 games where there was a decision.

I'm looking to use this TRGS stat as a component of a Pythagorean Theorem System I am back testing and I can't find the information anywhere. I could have sworn ESPN used to have it but I could be misremembering. And every MLB stats site has every obscure stat BUT Team Record in Games Started.

Anybody else have any ideas?

Statfox.com has the team record for a pitcher. Just click on the pitcher. It will show you W/L record, team record with that pitcher starting, also splits it up with home and road. I hope that can help you. I would like to hear what you come up with.

Awesome find. Thanks. Those are pretty good stats and easy to read.

BOOM! Statfox it is. Can't believe I missed it the first 10 times I looked on the site. Good catch, Event Horizon. I have a month or so of backtesting to do but when I'm ready to fire the first week of May, I'll let you know what I've come up with. Thanks for the assist!

Great find Event Horizon! Thank you for the assist. Once I do a month of backtesting, I will share what I come up with.
