Who does everyone like to win the conference and/or meet up in the Cup?

That Sharks/Golden Knights Series looks like a nasty one, looking forward to that one the most@):)

Who do you like in the Round 1 Matchups? Enjoy the Double and Triple Sudden Death Overtimes!!!

I have a couple futures on the Preds +500 and Knights +550 to win the Western Conference and also the same two to win the Cup at +1300 and +1400. I really like one of these two to come out of the west. And the value on them are great in my opinion.

Vegas lost 7 of last 8 to end season , they ain’t making it past San Jose

san jose won 3 of their last 11. i know cause i had over 101.5 points and they ended up with 101. couldnt belive it, they really backed into the playoffs. that should be a good series for sure but i think its a coin flip. have a future on san jose to win it all from preseason.

i think the west could be a toss up. nashville isnt scoring enough but are solid everywhere else. vegas/ san jose a toss up to me and calgary just doesnt seem to be built for the playoffs even though they had a great regular season. if san jose can snap out of the funk down the end of the season they could be dangerous.

in the east i kind like columbus to pull the first round upset. seems like a long shot but winning the presidents trophy is typically a curse and columbus is an experienced team and coaching staff. they made the trades at the deadline to be all in on this season and i think they give tampa a good first round matchup. if tampa plays at their best they are the best team but they havnt felt pressure in a while and i suspect columbus could provide that, then just gotta see how the react.
caps, boston, and pens are the normal teams you would expect to be ready for the playoff run and i expect them all to win their first round matchups. after that i would think its a toss up. taking a small future on boston to win the east for the best value but its just a roll of the dice.

AS I told Sharky the other day Since I started tracking in 2012 Road favs are 25-72 - I may have missed one two along the way, but that is amazing - they are especially bad then close above the opening line by 5$ or more 12-40. You have to wait until games 3 and 4 for the road favs to pop up

3-0 TBay leads and gives it up ...saw ingame TBay -10000 and +2000 the other way on Columbus. Quite the 3rd period collapse

The leafs were impressive Thursday. Like they say, the playoffs really start when the home team loses.

yeah they really were, especially the 3rd period. Where the fuck did that come from? shut down Boston in the 3rd. If the game opens up its advantage Toronto. I expected chaos in the Leafs end, but they handled themselves well, surprisngly .. esp., the forwards. Marner played a great two way game, geez. Big goal by Nylander, low in confidence as its been a trying yr for him, ...perhaps that gives him a boost. At home , if im Babcock i'm matching Tavares line Vs Bergeron line

Bruins need more energy in Game 2

should be a great series!!

how about the COMPLETE meltdown by Tampa Bay the other day? ...sport never ceases to amaze. This team is up 3-0 before anyone can blink, is only the 3rd team in the history of the NHL to win over 60 games and folds on home soil

they are -200 still to win this series. I cant see them losing thsi series.

(let's recall Columbus won both games in Washington a yr ago, up 2-0 heading home and lost the series)

No matter what happens the rest of this series props to you for sticking your neck way out and being spot on.

Toronto's speed was evident when watching, specifically Boston's Defense looked slow and disorganized, we'll see how they adjust

agreed sharky, Toronto used the stretch pass very well. No brainer strategy , espeicially from the right side as the Leafs have loads of speed there; Marner/Kapanen/Nylander. Chara is a crafty guy, this is going to be a TOUGH series for him. Toronto uses Johnsson from the left side, he flies. Nylander's goal was a product of, got behind the dee and a BRILLIANT pass by Kadri

agreed Boston will adjust. It's been a CRAZY playoffs so far!! who predicted; Penguins lose both at Long Island. Jets and Tampa Bay both down 2-0 heading on the road? maybe a 5 yr old ? :)

Tampa's performance yesterday was very disturbing. Those chaps might be holding the stick a bit too tight :)...need a LEADER in that dressing room heading to Columbus
